Replacement calibration element for the impedance test fixture B-WIC. Offers the possibility to perform reproducible open/short/load calibrations due to the gold coating and the high precision load (100 Ω with 0.1% accuracy and 15 ppm/°C temperature coefficient). Includes 3 pcs. B-CAL-3 boards.
